Snow did a wonderful job. It’s my first time doing white tipped nails and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and a great conversationalist. I will be returning for her services.
I visited this nail salon and asked to have my prior nails removed and a new set. First of all they sat me down and left me sitting there for 20 minutes. Then the woman who was at the front desk started buffing my nails and then walked away. 15 minutes later another person comes and I explain again what I'm there for and she starts soaking my nails and working on my nails and then abruptly gets up and walks over to another client and starts working on her nais. The 1st lady comes back and says sorry she has an appointment someone else will come do your nails. 20 more minutes go by and nothing, I'm just sitting there. At this point a whole hour has passed by and when I arrived I asked if my nails could be done in an hour and a half. At this point I got up and washed my hands and left. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I went here about a year ago and my experience was okay. I thought I would give it another try…
I told the lady I wanted a basic manicure and pedicure. She pushed for me to have gel nail polish, which I told her again that I did not want it due to my job. I’m not able to have any gel, dip or artificial nails. She again pushed for me to get gel. Again I said no.
I felt like because I refused the gel, I wasn’t given good service.
The nail tech shook my nail polish before painting my nails, which left me bubbles all over my nails. When I mentioned it to her, she painted over them and said it would be ok. My nail polish was really thick. I left with my hand looking drier that before I had it done. I was suppose to go to a wedding after this and when I got home my nail polish was so thick it took so long for it to dry.
I would never go here again. You can see from the photos. I took when I got to my car right after the service.

I have been going to Aria Nail Bar for two years now. Snow always does an amazing job! She is professional, attenative, and really good at what she does.
Veryyyy disappointed in my experience here. I should have left as soon as I sat down and not sure why I didn’t. The chairs are dirty, and manicures are done in a rush, while sitting in the pedicure chair. They don’t have good hygiene, the nail tech scrubbed my feet and then put the scrubbed particulars in the water while my feet were still in it. Just a nasty place from my personal experience. My manicure is already breaking and I just got my natural nails done…less than 24 hours
